Meet the Team

State Rep. Katelyn Kuttab

Katelyn Kuttab

A software engineer, wife, and mother of four, Katelyn previously served as a board member on three local non-profit boards: President of Windham Moms Alliance, President of Windham Moms Fund, and Treasurer of Friends of the Library of Windham. She is currently serving her second term as a State Representative representing Windham. Katelyn was honored as Business Industry Association Policy Leader of the Year for her commitment to pro-economic growth policies and solutions. She serves as co-chair of the House Republican Alliance.

State Rep. Bob Lynn

Bob Lynn

Bob served more than 26 years as a state superior and supreme court justice. He retired in 2019 as Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He was a former long time federal prosecutor, was in private law practice in Concord NH for five years and was a former special agent, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. He is currently serving his third term as a State Representative representing Windham, and is Chair of the House Judiciary Committee. Bob is married with four children and seven grandchildren.

Charles E. McMahon

Charlie is a real estate agent with over 27 years of experience. He has been a dedicated public servant in the community and formerly served as Windham Board of Selectmen for four terms. He currently serves as Chair of the Windham Housing Authority, helping to advance affordable housing opportunities for residents aged 62 and above. He helped to initiate town-wide recycling, the development of Griffin Park for community recreation, and participation in long-term planning efforts for police, fire, and library expansion. He is serving his twelfth term as a State Representative representing Windham.
